- Member of a eight-man commissioning team formed to successfully commission and operate a new complex in Kochi Refinery - the MS Block, a US $ 200M project. Successfully completed the commissioning of above complex ahead of schedule through sustained efforts and close coordination with fellow colleagues and contractors.
- Coordinated and oversaw field commissioning activities of the Naphtha Hydrotreater Unit (NHT) which included the pre-commissioning and initial run-in of a pair of reciprocating compressors.
- Operated and stabilized the newly commissioned MS Block units from the control room in coordination with the process licensor (UOP) and field operators. Troubleshot a myriad of operational issues that were encountered during initial operation of the units.
- Experience of 4 years in operations of Continuous Catalyst Regeneration Reformer (CCR), Isomerization Unit (ISOM) and Vacuum Gas Oil Hydrotreater (VGO-HDS) - handled various emergencies and oversaw multiple start-up and shutdown operations.
- Promoted from Engineer (Grade-A) to Assistant Manager (Grade-B) in the year 2021.
