  • As part of Incident management for working on P1/P2 activities.. Account follows a standard process named AIM-Accelerated Incident management.
  • As a Primary SME for this application need to engage ASLL,Crisis team, HPE and client end user stakeholders to get notified with standard initial, updated and Solved communication templates with issue start date/time, Actions from whom to restore the service and expected resolve time.
  • Technically involved in Unix-Mqseries support activities.. As the application uses Mqseries as interface for other applications.
  • Mqseries support is very important role in supporting this project.
  • IBM mqseries 5.1 is installed on our Sun OS Servers.
  • Activities on mqseries include Maintaining and managing mqseries queue manager, trigger monitor and trigmon logs.
  • Restart of mqseries during deployment activities.
  • Automation of removal of old files, logs from the server through UNIX shell scripting.
  • Scheduling cronjobs for interface job scripts like Example: Checking every 20 mins once whether mqseries is running or not on the server.
  • Provided knowledge transitions to new joinees for this application as well provided technical trainings to freshers.

  • This project deals with incident management, service request and implementing work orders on Change request.
