• Manage all onsite installation, pre-programming, repair, maintenance and provide maintenance and operation training to customer representatives

• Provide timely service and detailed service reports and documents
• Analyze and diagnose all machinery malfunctioning cases, whether electronic, electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and taking action for resolve the issues on time
