• Handling virus outbreaks / Configuring for Symantec Business customers.
• Handling escalated issues, attending weekly calls with product team, conducting Product training for new recruits were part of KRA.

• Served as primary point of contact for support relating to small office - home office routers and modems - provided by British Broadband for internet connectivity.
• Explained technical information in clear terms to non-technical individuals to promote better understanding.
