• To review Manufacturing Process Traceability (MPT) and lead & ensure the 100% implementation
• To review PPAP, Control Plan, Process Flow Diagram strategy to ensure compatibility with proposal project plans and schedules
• Ensure availability of appropriate version of applicable work documents such as
• Drawings, Specifications, and Standards & project specific documents Shared cross- functionally
• Responsible for managing the overall process of functional and visual inspection of the vehicle before delivery (PDI) to expectations
• Increase and maintain the QSR rating for the product and process

• To reduce the Apache Series Vehicle Rework by implementing poka yoke, Kaizens, and projects
• Planning and execution of new product along with NPD Team
• Manages and provide technical data for screening of early-stage project development
• Reduce scrap cost through the process improvement and by eliminating part level failures
• Manage Critical to Quality and Customer Quality (TGW) projects and ensured the implementation in a faster track
• Review and Monitor Supplier’s Quality Systems and quality performance.
