• Achieved financial integration of Ash Stevens Inc (acquired in 2016) with Piramal Pharma’s financial closure, MIS and audit policies and procedures

• Cash flows planning and monitoring on monthly basis and taking necessary working capital actions like payables management, customer collections and active monitoring of new contracts for raising upfront deposit invoices

• Responsible for preparation Consolidated financial statements of the Group (with 50+ subsidiaries) and SEBI reporting
• Handled IND AS conversion project for the group – analyzed GAAP differences, prepared quarterly profit and net worth reconciliations, ensured grouping of accounts as per IND AS
• Executed internal group restructuring plans
• Assisted management in preparing internal valuations / forecasts for goodwill impairment.
