• Identify, evaluate, and report commercial sales and margins for retail businesses in the UK and other locations (using the concept of Revenue recognition in IFRS 15).
• Provide MIS report to Stakeholders on the performance of the business on monthly basis.
• Manage Trade payables accounting for Stock, Invoices and Cross border transactions.
• Forecasting and Budgeting for trade payables and calculating provision for past-due invoices.
• Provide the working capital needed to better understand the business’s cash flow.
• Account for cross-border freight, supplier agreements, promotions, and other earnings and costs, as well as charitable trust transactions involving the sale revenues.
• Engage with stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the business, its effects, and to get regular updates and market feedback.
• Statutory audit of companies including ledger scrutiny, review of statutory compliances, finalization of financial statements etc.
• Consultancy in GST matters, registration procedures, filing of monthly returns and Annual returns (GSTR9 & GSTR9C).
• Computation of total income and tax liability of various assesses including individuals, firms and companies etc.
• Preparation of books of accounts of various companies, firms and individuals.
• Compliance (E-filling) of ROC forms of various companies in relation to DIN, Director's KYC, Annual Returns, Appointment and resignation of directors and change in corporate addresses with ROC etc.
