Project Overview: Conducted a comprehensive optimization study of 3D-printed beams by analyzing the effects of varying infill density, infill pattern, and wall thickness on the mechanical strength and material efficiency.

• Designed and printed multiple beam models using Fusion 360 and Catia with varied parameters (infill density, pattern, and wall thickness).
• Performed mechanical testing on the printed beams to assess load-bearing capacity, flexural strength, and material efficiency.
