• Preparing Address/employment proof letters, Business Invite letters, Visa cover letters, Reference letters for Active and exit employee.
• Responding to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, payroll deductions, policies, BGV’s, exits, letters etc.
• Work on Payroll queries related to the pay slips information, preparing tax computation sheets.
• Performing Background verification checks for the exit employees.
• Assisting the exit employees with queries like PF queries, FFS related, relieving letter.
• Serve as a point of contact on the team, providing immediate assistance with complicated issues, handling tier 1 and tier 2 queries.
• Assigning team with tickets and cases to be worked on daily basis adhering to the SLA and maintain daily reports.
• Log all queries received through tickets & email in the Trouble Ticketing tool & Panorama.
• Adhere to defined processes and ensure delivery in accordance with set quality standards thorough knowledge of HR policies & processes for multiple Customers group ensuring the Service level are always achieved for HRS processes.
• Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times.
• Take ownership for query resolution and individual metrics.
• Ensuring to meet SLA by assigning backend work and maintaining SLA by checking Real Time Metrix (RTM) tool
• Preparing daily reports such as SLA miss and shrinkage report.
• Hygiene checks on associate's tickets.
• Reaching out to stakeholders such as Compliance, Payroll, Legal team for unique request which does not fall under process purview.

Order Management

• Coordinating with the customer relationship managers from different countries to ensure HP products are delivered on time.
• Responsible for ensuring that all the deadlines are met as defined by the Clients.
• Interacting with the clients and internal stake holders.

• Action the emails sent by client in terms of the contract of EXPEDIA. Uploading contract on the sales force for sale.
• Allocation and coordination of work with the team members.
• Working with the team members in identifying key process improvements and training needs. Coach and mentor team members on process activities and improvements.
• Monitoring quality and providing feedback to the team.

• Providing solutions to the customers on the complaints raised via ticket.
• Making sure instant solution is given by coordinating with the team management as per the policies.
• Closely participated in all day to day activities with the team, Team Meetings etc to give a crystal clear platform for the business requirements.
