• Package Preparation: Review Tender Documents, Risk Assessment ((technical, financial, and operational), Technical Proposal Development,Tender Submission, Bid Evaluation and Review.
• Collaboration Cross-Functional Disciplines: collaborate to ensure the design, implementation, and operation are cohesive with civil, mechanical, electrical, software, chemical, etc.
• Supplier Selection: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and capacity.
• Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify potential savings and negotiate favorable terms.
• Contract Management: Prepare and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate risks associated with supplier reliability and supply chain disruptions.

• Study & review the Proposal package documents and project specification for thorough understanding of project requirements and ensuring that the necessary materials and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively
• Identifying the works to be subcontracted and getting quotation for the same from stakeholders.
• Handling and executing projects with internal and External Suppliers and Sub-contractors.
• Plan and place materials in coordination with the Engineering team to ensure all project requirements and schedules in ERP.
• Floating enquiries to Suppliers and Contractors based on the requirement, comparison, and negotiation, finalization,placing purchase orders in ERP.
• Reviews quotes, conduct negotiations and administer the award of contracts and contract amendments and provision

      of feedback to supplier/contractor.

• Preparing comparison between BOQ quantity and actual take-off quantity.
• Preparing Contract order and Purchase order in ERP.
• Cost reduction plans for each projects and making reports for actual achievements.
• Drafts appropriate contractual and commercial terms & conditions to best serve and protect Company’s Policy.
• Acts as the Focal Point & Key person for project execution team and attend the client meetings.
• Preparing Bi-weekly, Monthly progress and technical review meeting reports.
• Overall responsible for project execution/expediting and monitoring & controlling in any delays of baseline program.
• Attending Technical and progress meeting and corresponding with clients and contractors for site-related issues.
