QuickBooks desktop software (Accounts receivable A/R)

Designation: Accounting Executive

Handling 2 Team members in a team and used to allocate jobs to team and interaction with clients regarding daily activity for received jobs.

To Review job completed by Team members and assist them in processing jobs.

Compiling and analysing Software Accounting:

• QuickBooks Desktop software By using special software:

• OGL software ( invoice )

• NAV software (invoice )

• Zoho software ( invoice )

QuickBooks desktop software:

1. Accounts Receivables - Journalizing Sales invoice , Credit memo, Matching Bank receipts with Debtors, Preparing aged list for Debtors & Reconciling Intercompany Balance.

2. Fixed Asset - charging depreciation using proper depreciation method for Fixed Assets schedule

3. Bank Reconciliation - Reconciling receipts and payments with Bank Statement, posting unrecorded receipts and payments.

4. Credit Card – Posting and Reconciliation as per statement ,Posting the unrecorded transaction.

5. Payroll - Preparing client Payroll employee and employer data and reconciling with bank payments to arrive closing due for the month.

6. Sales Tax – Preparing Sales tax for monthly activity.

7. Preparation of MIS (monthly information statement report) to client monthly as per USA Standards of Accounting.

Preparing planning and approach for particular job, as under:

➢ First need to check for the availability of source documents.

➢ Need to consider the Client Instructions about the particular Job as eg : Sales Tax ,MIS (monthly information statement )

Based on the above we need to prepare accounts.
