  Prepare inputs for modeling, including anchor bolts, attachments, paint preferences, shop preferences, OSHA inputs, client standards, and weld details.
• Coordinate with various trades (joist, mechanical, plumbing, life safety, HVAC) for accurate and comprehensive drawings.
• Review and check Tekla models, shop drawings, E-sheets, and reports for accuracy.
• Prepare RFIs, RFCs, and clarification sketches to address project queries.
• Generate reports for US clients, including ABM, field stud bolts, and field/shop bolt lists.

• Study and interpret structural and architectural drawings for accurate modeling.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (joist, mechanical, plumbing, life safety, HVAC, geographical) to ensure alignment and accuracy in designs.
• Check Tekla models, shop drawings, E-sheets, and reports for quality control.
• Prepare RFIs, RFCs, and clarification sketches to address project queries.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
• Drive team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and skill development.

• Study and interpret structural and architectural drawings for accurate modeling.
• Design connections using ASD/LRFD per AISC Standards.
• Prepare modeling inputs including anchor bolts, connection (standard & non-standard), attachments, paint preferences, shop preferences, OSHA inputs, client standard drawings, and weld details.
• Coordinate with multiple trades (joist, mechanical, plumbing, life safety, HVAC, geographical) to ensure cohesive designs.
• Check Tekla models, shop drawings, E-sheets, and reports for quality and accuracy.
• Prepare RFIs, RFCs, and clarification sketches to communicate project queries to the client.
• Provide reports for US clients, including ABM, NC, DXF files, and field stud details.
• Deliver projects with zero defects, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Conduct training sessions for newly joined trainees to build skills and knowledge.
• Maintain strong relationships with staff and management representatives.
• Track project status and ensure quality while collaborating with the PMC department.
