- As a Senior Physiotherapist at IIS, I specialize in delivering targeted physiotherapy interventions to optimize the physical well-being and performance of a diverse group of elite-level athletes (including those in swimming, judo, athletics, wrestling, boxing, and football) and employees (a Total of 7- 10 sessions per day).

• Clinical Responsibilities - Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal and sports assessments of athletes/individuals, including injury diagnosis, pain management, and functional movement analysis.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and tests to aid in accurate injury evaluation.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, electrotherapy, and sports/condition-specific rehabilitation programs with evidence based practice.
• Guide athletes/individual through rehabilitation programs aimed at restoring mobility, strength, and function. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Design and implement injury prevention programs for athletes across various sports. Conduct Pre-season and in-season screenings to identify potential injury risks.
• Educate athletes and coaches along side multi-disciplinary team on proper training techniques, warm-up and cool-down procedures, and injury prevention strategies.
• Empathy and patience in supporting athletes/individual through recovery challenges.
• Departmental Leadership - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the physiotherapy department, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Mentor and supervise junior physiotherapists and physiotherapy assistants.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in sports medicine and physiotherapy through continuing education and professional development activities. Represent the department at professional conferences and workshops.
