Role and Responsibilities:-

* To make ensure the implementation of PPM schedule of equipment’s i.e. Sand filters, Walnut Shall Filter Activated carbon filters, RO Membrane Chemical Flushing, Mixed bed Exchanger Regeneration, Chemical dosing pumps, sludge/aeration tank, Naturalization-Pit as per Govt Norms PH Maintain etc.

* To monitor the dosing of chemicals used in the Pre-treatment on Clarifier.

* To monitor TSS,TDS, Conductivity, Turbidity, p H, SiO2 and Oil of treated of water at various stages of operation.

*Pre Treatment & Softening Plant & De-mineraliser (DM Water) & Boiler Feed Water & RO Plant.

* Mixed bed & Softener Regeneration & UF Filter Chemical Cleaning, Reverse Osmosis Membrane Chemical Cleaning.

* Operating and Monitoring of Belt Filter Press & Centrifuge Operation.

* PSM Awareness Training & HIRA & SOP & Technical Refresh Training, Employee participation

* Generating monthly O&M AMC Bill & monthly water production & chemical consumption report and water analysis report.

• Interfacing with Teams for Effluent / Solid Waste Management, water management, Lab analysis, etc., formatting standard operating procedures & HIRA.
• Planning and effectuating preventive / condition-based maintenance schedules of various and equipment to increase machine up time and equipment reliability

• Preparing risk assessment & issuing authority for work permit like cold work & hot work, etc.
