BIM MODELING - REVIT MEP & TEKLA

• prepare design and construction of 3D model in BIM as per IFC drawings And Client requirements with high level of accuracy using TEKLA, REVIT, NAVISWORK for complex building structures.
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, Duct & PIPE Layout, with Section, HVAC Equipment Layoutand details of a 3D BIM model for projects of HVAC ,PEB, multistory building and all sizes and collaborate with BIM 360.
• Clearly annotate, dimension and detail production drawings in conformance to design standards and practices.
• Perform clash detection, producing reports and coordinating solutions
• Generate the GA drawings, Shop drawings, Erection drawings with related reports and NC files ·
• Good knowledge in preparing Bill of Material, Title block as per client requirement.
• Able to edit the drawings in the case of urgency Setup and manage large sheet sets including revisions and markups for each project.
• Plot drawings to pdf, drawing, to paper plot.

QS & PLANNING

• Hands on experience in BoQ for civil foundation, superstructure of multistory residential & commercial building.
• Able to prepare General Civil engineering drawings with budget and scheduling (rough and finished grading) with Proficient use of general civil software like AUTOCAD, REVIT, MS PROJECT
• Assist in quality control, maintain and review of project documentation.
• Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising junior engineers, construction managers, workers, technicians, and contractors. contractor bill certification.
• Ensuring that civil engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Inspecting completed projects for compliance with industry codes, specifications, and safety standards.
