Title: Water Purifier RO+UV (April 2025 – Till date)
Team size: 3
Role: Senior Test Lead
Environment: Socket Connection, Hterm, Dock light, Azure Cloud, WIFI, Hotspot Android & iOS apps.
Roles & Responsible:
- Conducted functional and performance testing of smart water purifiers (RO+UV), focusing on TDS level accuracy, purification stages, and flow rate validation.
- Validated end-to-end product functionality: water flow logic, sensor data, TDS variation, and purification timing.
- Verified real-time TDS monitoring, with alert mechanisms for unsafe water levels and device faults.
- API testing for app-device communication (REST/HTTPS with Postman).
- Logged and tracked defects using JIRA, conducted root cause analysis with firmware developers.
- Created and maintained detailed test documentation (Test Cases, Traceability Matrix).
- Performed end-to-end (E2E) testing on device connectivity via Wi-Fi and Hotspot, ensuring seamless communication with the IoT gateway and mobile/web applications.
- Tested remote control features, including start/stop purification, TDS calibration, and ATDS water taste levels settings through connected applications.
- Ensured secure data transmission and remote monitoring through IoT protocols, including
- Azure cloud over secure Wi-Fi.

Title: IntelliGate AIR (Jan 2024 – July 2024)
Team size: 5
Role: Senior IoT Test Engineer
Environment: Webserver, Hterm, Mqtt, Azure Cloud, API, WIFI, Hotspot.
This product aggregates and processes data, controls devices and reads sensors, making it ideal for Edge Computing. The hardware is designed robust and reliable for the industrial usage.
Roles & Responsible:
- Handling the team in Work Management & Time Management – pre-testing phase for positive and negative scenarios
- Performed Integration, Regression, BAT Testing, UAT Testing and System Testing.
- Participated in Daily standup meetings, project status meetings as well as retrospective.
- Responsible for coordinating testing offshore and communicating the daily testing status reports from offshore to onsite.
- Handling on Wi-Fi/hotspot with this IGAIR.
- Worked on performing End to End Execution, UAT& Regression testing in accordance to the need of projects.
- We are handing all commands via webserver EX:192.4.1.1
- Automation Regression monitoring & scheduling calls with team for the issues

Title: Fancy (2nd Feb 2023 – 31st Aug 2023)

Role: Senior IoT Test Engineer
Environment: API, Hotspot, WIFI & Mobile (Android &
Fan speed set/monitor will work only if the fan registers are mapped against the IoT gateway and also implemented AR functionality to monitor the values for secure connect.
Roles & Responsible:
- Prepared and executed manual test scripts and cases.
- Involvement in Preparation of Test Procedures, Test Scenarios, Cases and Test Data.
- Created a QR code for the fan in the project.
- E2E development of test cases for the key of the project.
- Connected with WIFI/Hot spot

Title: IAQ Connect (20th Mar 2022 – 30th July 2022) Team size: 5
Role: Senior IoT Test Engineer
Testing Environment: Mobile (Android & IOS) & QR code.
The IAQ connect is the Indoor air quality monitoring app. IAQ connect is the Indoor air quality monitoring app from ebmpapst. This app provides the complete real time and history updates about various air quality
Roles & Responsible:
- Handling the entire project platforms (Android, iOS, web App and Websites) Individually.
- Performed API Testing, Smoke testing, Sanity testing, Regression testing, Integration testing, UI testing.
- Participated in walkthrough for the evaluation of the test plan with the QA Lead and design and development team.
- Prepared and executed manual test scripts and cases.
- Created a QR code for the IoT solution.
