• Spectrometer operating & maintain (Thermo Fisher-8860, Ametek Spectrolab M10 & M12).
• Handling third-party inspection of DI pipes.
• Sand and cement cube testing.

• Drilling, facing, turning. 'U' tool grinding, radius tool, right-hand cutting tool grinding on grinder machine.
• Spigot side cutting on power hacksaw.
• Ensured safe, organized workstation by adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
• Executed daily production schedule as directed by supervisor to meet operational targets.

• Receives numerical work orders, prints and instructions from Team Lead.
• Operates manual work transporting equipment within machining area.
• Keeps all related equipment in proper storage within work location.
• Reads and executes daily production schedule as directed by supervisor.
