• · Led the Proof of Concept (PoC) phase for a large-scale CCTV project, overseeing the demonstration and installation of multiple camera systems including Tyco, Hanwha, Axis, Panasonic and Pelco.
• · Directed the setup and installation of CCTV and Access Control Solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, meeting client-specific requirements and deadlines.
