• Responsible for testing the axle and brakes component and aggregate sub-system, as well as instrumentation of the vehicle and RLDA of axles and brakes activities.

• Conduct NVH testing and analysis using Squadriga II, and support correlation with validation requirements.
• Analyze test data using nCode GlyphWorks, and prepare detailed, comprehensive test reports for design and simulation teams.
• Support test fixture development using Creo, assist in test rig installation, and contribute to improving and optimizing existing test setups.
• Ensure strict adherence to 5S practices and safety standards within the test laboratory.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for fixture development, instrumentation items, rig components, outsourcing activities, and procurement.
