As an Associate in Alpha Operations, I support post-trade activities for global investment management clients. My responsibilities include ensuring timely and accurate trade settlement, resolving trade discrepancies, and maintaining data integrity across systems. I collaborate closely with custodians, brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth trade lifecycle management and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trade matching, confirmation, and settlement for equities, fixed income, and derivatives
• Investigate and resolve trade breaks and settlement fails in coordination with brokers and custodians
• Support data integrity and reconciliation processes within the IMS (Investment Management Services) Trade Management module
• Ensure accurate transaction booking, amendments, and exception handling
• Maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
• Adhere to compliance, risk, and control procedures across operational workflows
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
