Responsibilities:

• Counsel and provide comprehensive services students looking for Education Opportunities Overseas
• Providing constructive guidance and assistance to the students for end-to-end admissions process
• Maintaining relations with students and parents clear their doubts
• Training and supervise counselors enhancing their skills & effectiveness
• Updating and maintain of the student CRM regularly
• Collaborate with academic staff to identify student needs and tailor support service accordingly

Responsibilities:

• Processing applications for PAN India Branches
• Checking admissions requirements &keep counselors updated on any updates
• Attending to Counselor doubts & concerns
• Be part of the in-house activities and admissions fairs
• Keeping track record of all processed applications and statuses
• Following up no admission decision and requirements with
  university delegates
