• Sarola Village Placed by TISS, Mobilize and sensitize communities on Gramshabha., Got the opportunity to understand the working of Panchyat in thematic areas., 1 Month, Mobilized youth groups to understand governance processes at village level., Worked with School Management committee to sensitize on Girl Child education (100 students).
• SPARSH Rural Hospital, Osmanabad, Conducted gender sensitization training for Police, District Social Welfare officer and staff of Zila Parishad., Exposure to Government departments, civil – police interaction and elected Zila Parishad members., 1 Month, Our team trained 60 police officials on gender issues in Kadam village., We sensitized 50 ZP officials on ‘gender budgeting and role of women in planning’.
• District Health Hospital, Osmanabad, Worked with PLHV and analysis gaps between health programmes and its delivery., Working with PLHV’s SHGs. Counseling of children PLHV., 1 Month, Handled training of 40 members of SHGs on online marketing., Conducted counseling of 12 children of PLHV.
• British High commission, New Delhi Placed by Ashoka University, Our team developed ‘Youth Engagement Policy’ for British Government in India., Met youth groups across Indian states and recorded their aspiration. Conducted perception analysis of youths on English society and UK – India relationship., 4 Months, Interviewed 1200 Youth Icons across Indian states., Organized 7 youth conclaves in the North East states of 700 youths.

• Led some of the cross sectorial venture or wing development of companies from the scratch only based on leadership, deep understanding of sector, market research, clarity in proposal & BD and successful establishment and organisation structuring of venture or wing so that it can be sustainably function without me being there. I have develop a collective learning experiment so that we a close team of 4-5 people being there to run the show and train the team below to have a clear action, responsibilities' and no commutation gap in open working environment.
