Along with that i like watching documentaries and shows which are educational, i do tend to watch not so intense shows just to relax. Video games allow me to escape reality and gives me a chance to become a part of narrative which is exciting and challenging which also stimulates my brain as it promotes problem solving skills. last but not the least Hiking in nature is an activity that i adore and would participate any chance i get, be it solo or in a group. Grounding and connecting yourself with nature helps you to detox from the chaotic city life, It helps me refresh my mind recharge my spiritual batteries to take on any task laid infront of me.
