- Prepared Project Specific Civil Check Lists being updated time to time as per the work requirements for the Project which are approved by the World Bank and are being implemented in the packaged works of the Project.
- Monitoring Civil related Quality checks for works in the Project time to time and reporting to Client. Carrying field inspection along with the Client officials to the workplaces as well as areas were issues pertain and solve the same.
- Involved in Design Review for the structural drawings for foundations, Buildings and all structural elements required for substations and transmission towers and associated civil structures.
- Prepared Month wise manpower/ resources requirements for completion of project.
- Prepared daily manpower requirement along with the resource’s allocations required for completion of the project in time and presented to client.
- Prepared Graphical representation of the Planned vs Actual progress of the project wrt to the manpower allocated and provided recommendations for the improvements to be made by the executing agency to the Client.
- Supervision of work carried out by EPC contractor.
- Ensure all design activities for project are performed as per scope of work.
- Assisted client on field certifications pertaining to the works performed by contractors and timely provided all updated information to the client.
- Prepared and assisted to the client in the closure reports as per the new formats given by WB&APDRP.
- Prepared the Implementation Completion Report (ICR) as per the World Bank Formats (templates) given and provided all information to the client.
