• Timely procurement of all raw materials and bought-out items for power projects.
• Vendor registration, audits, inspection.
• Planning, organizing, and controlling all requisite activities to perform, such as sourcing, techno-commercial evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, ordering, inspection, expediting, and tracking, reporting, logistics, delivery, and payment processing.
• Coordination with Sub-contract and processing of supplier invoice payments.
• Proficient in supervising and controlling the logistics processes and services at vendors' end, and providing valuable suggestions for efficiency enhancement.

Successfully procured:

• Various boiler quality materials like plate, pipes, tubes, and fittings from Dubai.
• Different varieties of welding consumables for processes SMAW, GTAW, SAW, and CO2.
• 2000 M. Tones of EN structural raw material procured from Germany in 2002.
• Controlled the stores and implemented ERP system / Active member of the Executive Management Team.
• Imported 200 M.Tons of S-Ten tube materials were imported from Nippon Steel Corporation, Japan in 2007.
• proved instrumental in procuring different specifications of tubes and pipes from Germany, China, and Japan.
