· Design of RFQs for the capex to meet the demands of productivity, quality, throughput, safety etc.

· Vendor finalization through technical and financial evaluation of the bid.

· Project management with detailed project plan timeline and adherence.

· Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop comprehensive pre-construction plans that align with project goals and objectives.

· Conducting thorough site assessments, feasibility studies, and due diligence to evaluate the viability of greenfield projects, identifying potential risks, opportunities, and constraints.

· Prepare detailed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource requirements, ensuring accurate estimates and timely delivery of pre-construction deliverables.

· Responsible for completing the civil works in time and accordance to drawing.

· Identification of the new/old land suitable for drill site and preparing the cost estimate for the same.

· Responsible for maintaining the quality on site as per the IS codes and QAP.

· Responsible for the bill certification of the completed works with all measurement and deviation statements.

· Responsible for the all the documentation work of the site.

Engagement with the client as well as contractors to completed project on time.

· Responsible for total civil works with development of project plans including timelines, milestones and resource planning.

· Oversee the execution of civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.

· Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary project team, including engineers, contractors, and support staff.

· Resource Management, allocating and manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

· Monitor and control project budgets, identifying and addressing any budgetary concerns.

· Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

· Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.

· Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the highest standards are met.

· Ensure all the workers and parties involve adhere to the safety norms laid.

· Procurement of the materials with their lead time and

right time availability.

· Responsible for the development of the landscaping work (50,000 Sqm).

· Procurement of the material and labours as per the site requirement.

· Communication with the internal and client team to achieve the targets.

Attending client meeting to review progress and design changes.

· Responsible for the major civil works from initiation phase to completion phase.

· Adhering to the quality norms as per the codes and assurance plan.

· Adhering to the safety norms.

· Procurement of the material and labours as per the site

requirements to complete the project in the stipulated time.

· Responsible for the review, interpretation, quantity surveying for the drawings provided by the client.

· Preparation of the technical as well as financial bids for the projects.

· Preparation of the RFQ’s for the different sub contractors to meet the demand through productivity.

· Overseeing the civil projects on site and ensuring the progress, quality and safety of the works.

· Bill certification of the company as well as contractors for the timely payment.

· Preparation of the cashflow requirement for the site.
