 Preparing weekly NCR, Payment pending log and sharing with Certification Operations Manager

 Handled the 15 Quality associates scheduling the shifts according to production plan.

 Responsible providing OJT training for newly joined Quality member and verifying production team new joiner training records.

 Responsible for weekly GMP Audits , ESD Audit, 5’S Audit & CP audits.

 Preparing and circulating Supplier Quality Rating reports quarterly base.

 Responsible for supplier quality issues of mechanical parts stemming from customer, supplier and Incoming quality control.

 Handling non-conforming materials and follow-up with supplier for corrective actions.

 Analysing Field failures unit working for root cause and corrective action, co-coordinating with customer for solving the problem and escalations.

 Product qualifications for new launched blackberry mobile phones with the help from cross functional team.

 Verifying all department new release support documents, software, Jigs and fixtures during new product qualification.

 Responsible to train quality team members for new products and qualifying the team from Blackberry Manager during the polite run test.

 Responsible for preparing First article inspection report for ECN.

 Responsible for analysing and preparing DSat report weekly bases.
