Key involvement in the internal controls of the project, inclusive of the sections like Manual Business Process Controls, Automated Business Controls (ABC), General IT Controls (GITC), and Report Logic controls for Information provided by Entity and Information used in control.
Developed a SOD matrix for the client to demonstrate the audit framework and procedures. The matrix depicted the responsibilities to be carried out by client in order to ensure the audit guidelines are met.
Developed, implemented and delivered a guideline for Deloitte’s inhouse platform to meet the compliance and EQCR requirements for a client project which was implemented across a 300cr project
Provided trainings to 50+ executives on a guideline’s implementation and enhancing understanding on the guidelines implemented across multiple engagements.

Collaborated with various clients to assess audit requirements, identify control deficiencies, identify the risk (RAWC and RAIT), mitigate the deficiency and to ensure remediation controls are in place.
Reviewed and enhanced the work of junior team members as an LI reviewer and co-managed the project, serving as the primary point of contact for junior staff on technical queries, discussions, and management-related matters.
Managed the overall time scheduling and workload distribution for team members on the project, while coordinating with other managers to ensure effective time management across multiple projects
Additional responsibilities included control documentation, conducting client process walkthroughs for Business Process Testing, ABCs & GITCs, and mentoring juniors through structured training and peer review sessions.
