It's been only 2 months at Verity Global Solutions and I am still in Training. Once training is completed will assign to client.

Joined organization as a Sr. underwriter and I have sign-off authority to Approve / Suspend loans.

• Primarily working on Conventional, Non-QM (Jumbo) and AUS Express loans.
• Work on all 4 C's of underwriting as per loan program requirements.
• Reviewing accuracy and completeness of documents pertaining to Credit & Borrower Profile, Liabilities & Ratios, Employment & Income, Assets, Reserves & Down payment, Occupancy &
  Transaction Type and Program Specific documents.
• Re-Run loan through AUS-Manual Underwriting / DU / LP and review to capture any new conditions, requirements or approval changes based on updated findings.
• Final Approval, Suspend or Approve Loan with Conditions based on file review and updated. AUS findings using auto generated and free form conditions as needed.
• Conditioning / Suspend the loans for missing documents or any stability issues as per the loan program and findings on the loan.

Joined organization as a final underwriter and I have sign off authority to approve the loan. Client certified me to approve loans with different complexities and to work on all 4 C's of Underwriting. Handle underwriting and various other tasks as mentioned below-

• Work on first mortgage file, which includes DU/LP underwriting.
• Review accuracy and completeness of documents pertaining to Credit & Borrower profile, Liabilities & Ratios, Employment & Income, Assets, Reserves & Down payments, Occupancy &
  Transaction type and program specific documents.
• Underwriting includes Loan setup in software with initial conditions and issuing CLA till final approval.
• Check the possible Fraud, Red flags, errors on the file.
• Comprehensive Appraisal review as per program and AUS requirements.
• Providing recommendation for Approval / Denial of loan files basis the underwriting guidelines.
• Review loan files for compliance with agency guidelines and Client's overlays.

Data management, structuring, standardization and residential loan/mortgage services. Adhering to stringent timelines and prescribed targets to maintain business excellence.

• Working in Mortgage New loan set-up (NLSU)in client systems per client guidelines.
• New loan setup is basically, entering details in the client database of the mortgages that our client has given to their customers.
• Provide support to team by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgage.
• Working as a Analyst have worked as a Reviewer(QC)also, while reviewing the loan, If found any Error, then mark error in FPY report and provides correct feedback to the user.
• Working on Client escalations with immediate response.
• Provides sufficient and timely reporting to management as required.
• Preparing MTD quality report for the team.
