• Administer intravenous and subcutaneous medications and therapies to patients in home settings. Provide education on medication management and infusion techniques to patients and families. Monitor vital signs and infusion sites for adverse reactions. Ensure timely administration of prescribed therapies by coordinating schedules with patients' availability while balancing caseload demands. Mitigate potential medication errors with diligent verification of prescriptions prior to administration.

Assess medical injuries, illnesses and conditions of students as needed during school hours. Review, update and enter immunization records into CHIRP to ensure students are meeting state standards. Perform vision and scoliosis screenings for recommended grade levels. Communicate appropriately with all staff, students, and families. Assist with all levels of the COVID pandemic/policy making.

Help direct daily operations for a 96 bed skilled nursing and assisted living facility as well as oversee the workflow of a 30 member team. Facilitate and implement training of staff and ensure staff is up to date on all skills needed for optimal job performance. Establish positive relationships with residents, families, and staff. Worked as interim Director of Nursing from March 2020-September 2021.
