  • Solving customers' technical problems, configuration issues, and queries about products and certification via SR update or connecting to the customer site via Zoom, WebEx, and guiding them to resolve their problems.
  • Creating Knowledge Base documents and reviewing documents on daily basis to increase Knowledge base.
  • A solution given to any generic problem regarding products will create a knowledge document and will document problems and solutions to help other customers, as well as other support engineers.
  • Creating VM images Filing Bugs/ Enhancement Request/ Global Document corrections/Patches in bug tools, if any thing found related to product.
  • Coordinating with Development team on bug filed to give them environment for testing and for regular updates on bug status.
  • Weekly team meeting on discussing on long running cases(SRs) to get it resolve easily via knowledge transfer.
  • In order to file bug sometime need to setup environment like customer and reproduce problems internally and then go for bug file/ Product team assistance.
  • Worked on highly escalated SR and production impacted SR.
  • Worked on Top Account customer and given solution.
  • Set up Cloud environment and on premises environment to test issues and provide solution, it could be configuration or technical.
  • Troubleshooting ways:-
  • Analyze the problem based on Issue description/ Initial Call or SR updates.( Verify the product version , Environment and certification )
  • Verify the problem and then trace the problem with help of logs file .
  • Troubleshoot the logs according to the problem with the help of different trace methods for the product (RDA, Trace: 32).
  • Based on the analysis of logs, we need to help with coding techniques for the customer.
