- Cloud Automation Use case: Worked as a cloud infrastructure engineer, designing automation solutions and deploying them on Azure and AWS (using Azure and AWS CLI commands, written using Python and Ansible Playbooks as a wrapper) to fetch the relevant data of clients' infrastructure.
- Splunk Enterprise and Universal Forwarder Installer and Upgrader Asset: Developed Python wrapper shell and PowerShell-based use cases to install and upgrade Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Universal Forwarders on more than 2,000 Windows and Linux servers.
- As a cloud engineer, I deployed VMs, configured network security groups, and built environments simulating the client's infrastructure to conduct testing in our internal Azure Lab Environment. I have also resolved many security vulnerabilities related to it.
- Automation Assets using Python and Ansible: Worked on Python and Ansible (using yaml) , and developed a few use cases that were beneficial in bringing the data to the client, such as Health Check reports (in HTML or CSV format), Antivirus reports, CPU Usage from Windows, Linux, and CISCO-based network devices. - CI/CD Implementation: Configured jobs in Rundeck application to enable continuous integration and deployment of scripts (cicd) and configurations across environments, ensuring that updates were seamlessly replicated to target servers without manual intervention.
- Containerized an automation orchestration tool named Rundeck using Docker.
- Network Security: Have configured firewalls on server (Linux and Windows) level by troubleshooting port connectivity and configuring inbound and outbound rules, ensuring the security compliance
- Build an automation using terraform to create Virtual machines in Azure, using the concept of Infrastructure as a code
- Have hands-on experience in Linux basic administration while building the platform for automations to run. Have configured mount points, allocated space, installed libraries using YUM, done patching of Linux servers, etc.
- Integrated Jenkins using Jenkins API to one of Rundeck's jobs. Used the Swagger API to test the functionalities of Accenture's proprietary ticket resolver tool.
- Involved in the development GenAI chatbots using Rive Script, registered them on Azure, which were responsible for technical content creation like documentation , to implement the same we used team's knowledgebase
