Telematics setup and backend connectivity establishment.

Telematics testing and TC development based on requirement.

Debugging the hardware partial and full benches.

Flashing the software. Testing the build on weekly basis.

Ticket verification for production builds.

Raising the defects and reporting it with all the detailed logs.

Generating report and handling the customer raised defects.

Development and modification of TC as per requirement.

Maintained less than 48 hours of timeline for customer defects resolution.

Involved in regression and acceptance testing with Ticket verification for daily builds.

Flashing the software and testing the build on daily basis.

Testing Infotainment system features of center stack and infotainment.

Raising the defects and reporting it directly to developer.

Debugging the hardware partial and full benches.

Generating report and handling feature specific client’s calls.

Development of TC as per requirement.

Handling the team in absence of TL and reporting to manager.
