In this exciting position I'm responsible for Outlined below are the key responsibility areas (KRAs):
· Training Module Development of different teams (Admin, Energy, and Hub): -Collaborate with different teams to design comprehensive training programs for various operational functions. Identify training needs and gaps within the operations team and develop relevant training modules.
· Training Delivery for Hub: Conduct training sessions for new hires on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards. Ensure effective communication and transfer of knowledge during training sessions.
· Performance Evaluation: Implement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and evaluate the performance of trainees. Provide constructive feedback and support to employees to enhance their skills and competencies.
· Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, feedback, and performance evaluations. Prepare regular reports on training outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
