My name is Kaushik, I am currently working in Marmore MENA Intelligence Pvt Ltd as Executive HR & Admin. I started from September 2022 and have been there till now. I have completed B.COM and MBA in HR.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
HR:
• Framing policies relating to general office procedures, HR and Admin; as and when required
• Coordinating with colleges for internship recruitment every year, conducting online tests, screening candidates and facilitating the internship offer and their onboarding
• Recruitment of candidates for various positions through diverse sources like job portals, references, consultants etc.,
• Pre joining formalities for all new full-time recruits, smooth onboarding and assistance
• Taking care of all employee requests and queries relating to HR and Administration at all times.
• Updating staff list at regular intervals
• Maintaining employee records and files
• Internal coordination with the HRAD team
• Appointment and Exit Procedures
• Maintain leave forms and attendance
• Arranging regular team meetings
Administration:
• Ensuring smooth functioning of office
• Liaising with office vendors to ensure all facilities are in operative condition, thereby reducing downtime.
• Maintaining the quality of services. Maintaining record of AMC and warranty of all office equipment, renewals and follow ups for service and break down calls.
• Document maintenance – maintain all documents and files in appropriate files. Efficient coordination with internal departments of Marmore/Markaz like Research, HR, Risk, Treasury and Legal for all internal requests and follow ups. Keeping track of policies, renewals of agreements and insurance for office and employees. Renewing all documents without any lapse.
• Managing facilities for employees like refreshments, working environment, pest control and all related functions.
• Raising request memos for all payments above Rs. 1000/-. Maintaining files for memos and filing all the approved memos in order.
• Printing of Visiting cards, and other stationery registers like vouchers
• Procuring all office needs including stationery, housekeeping items, printer cartridges, diesel for generator etc.,
