Close all complaints /feedback and circle back to closure
Procurement and Negotiation-Perform cost analysis and set appropriate benchmarks
Negotiating and finalize products with vendors as per evaluation of companies local operations spend with purchase team
Create policies and procedures and do contracting with vendor for service delivery as per procurement strategy
