• 5S Store Management : Consolidated ‘5S’ standard Store Management System in Hyderabad DLF SEZ. The system was considered as national standard for Genpact I&L Function (2015)
• Auto SLA Scoring : Prepared Automatic SLA scoring system for Facility Management of Hyderabad Locations. Later the system was implemented across all Genpact Locations of India. (2015)
• Data Center Consolidation : Data Centre Consolidation (Project 3-2-1) (3 Locations-2 Towers-1 Data Center) of DLF SEZ site to save energy by consolidating UPS, PAC. By this project we reduced the UPS capacity from 1820KVA to 1080 KVA and saved 6000 SFT area. (2014-2015) (Green Project with Gold Award)
• Central command Center : Central Engineering Command Centre at Hyderabad covering (24x7) PAN India Critical area Cameras and Equipment monitoring. (2014)
• New Furniture Design : Worked in the design concept to increase floor efficiency by reducing Furniture sizes and implementing Monitoring Arm, CPU side cabinet etc. (2014)
• Introduction to LED Light : Replaced all CFL of Hyderabad sites with LED lights. (Green Project)
• Monitoring of CT Water : Continuous monitoring and managing of HVAC water by introducing PLC based 3D Tracer System in Hyderabad Genpact Site to reduce chemical and water consumption (Green Project with Gold Award) (2014)
• Weekend ODC : Create Weekend Production Centre with 50 Seats and duel HVAC supply to reduce Power Consumption during weekends and less occupancy days. (Green Project)
• Reusing Sewerage Water : Proper treatment and Reusing of Sewerage water in HVAC Cooling Tower and Reducing the Power consumption of Central Water Heating System. (Green Project with Gold Award. The same project won Asian Sustainability Award 2013).

• Complaint Management : Online Complain Management System to trace and manage the problems efficiently.
• Water Efficiency : Auto bleeding of cooling tower water after sensing the water quality and chemical concentration. This facility saved the wastage of soft water (Green Project). (2007)
• One Window Control Room : One Window Control Room project for Electrical, Fire, Plumbing and HVAC Systems with mimic and annunciation panel. (2006-2007)
• Auto Power Changeover : Auto changing over of power (Grid and Generator supply) through PLC. (2006)
• Water Wastage Control : Automatic WTP electrical panel with timer & float controls to avoid water overflow from all UG and terrace tanks. (2006)

• Boiler Safety : Modification of electrical safety circuit of boiler to provide different safeties and alarm. (2005)
• Water Conservation : Reservoir with pipe lines from WTP and ROP to collect the concentrate water during regeneration of plant, which later used for project work. This saves 16 KL water per day and corresponding electrical power. (2004)
• Maximize LPG Output : Hot water sprinkling system to get maximum output from LPG cylinders in winter season. (2003)
