  • CMDB vs EAM, process streamlining with GNOC & ITOM Team for fixing and bringing in governance from stakeholder perspective in Service Now platform. Fixed syncs issue & BR fixes in collaboration with EAM tools team to have better data governance.
  • Leading & collaborating for global asset management initiatives with ANZ & Thailand to bring in asset & Configuration management process awareness & foster service now platform knowledge for effective daily asset management operations in EAM.
