 Monitoring the overall procure to pay process.
 Prepare RFQ and send it to different vendors and also receive the quotation from vendors.
 Coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure proper product selection and supply chain
 Negotiate with vendors for improved pricing and delivery.
 Enter all the new materials in material master data and maintain records of purchases, pricing.
 Interaction with the Clients / Customer / Users or Employees on the requirements.
 Creating and Sending system generated Purchase Orders to Vendors through SAP, Follow up on
 Check GRN orders on a weekly basis for inventory accuracy and ensure that orders are picked and shipped on FIFO basis with proper packages for Delivery.

work in end to end implementation. Made testing manually while implementation, I was took part in learning 3 modules (MM, PP and QM).

 Coordinating with store in charge on a daily basis for the purpose of material production..
 Arranging finished goods for supplying to our Suppliers.
 Processing the material flow through SAP (S4HANA), Production planning.
