MANUFACTURING & PRODUCT QUALITY

  • Product 360: Understanding emerging defect pattern of product in the market and correlating it to its genesis in the assembly line, by joining multiple data sets like MES, SAP, CRM, DMS, etc and subsequently attributing failures into assembly line negligence, supplier quality issue or else design fault categories
