2023:

• Creating a Platform for the Team comprising of ~70 Members in the form of THINKNEST which helped each individual in identifying Unique Bestpractices/Ideas/Lessons Learnt. Expanded to Other projects under Managers Cluster comprising of more than ~200 members.
• Created an Organizational Level Dataset of +450 members, which included critical information which was never before captured like the experience level of the individual in the entire journey at HERE along with various skillsets/Tool Exp/Background qualification and much more which is proving beneficial for us according to the change in demand and organizational level changes.
• Supporting on MVP (Minimal Viable Product) led by Senior Management on Generative AI (Chat GPT) and documented essential details in confluence right from the inception of the project. This is an Organizational level initiative which will help the company to leverage and benefit out of the AI and create a new platform of opportunities altogether.
• Promoted To Data Operations Project Lead on May-23, currently handling Team strength of 17 members.
• Managing and maintaining Project KPI like Budget/Scope/Quality/Risk/Improvement opportunities, Maintaining stakeholder relations and providing updated on Weekly/Bi-weekly/Quarterly by creating Decks for the same.
• Creating roadways for Team members and ensuring that their KPI's are met. Along with KPI, setting their Long term goals for Team.

2022:

• ~1k hours of savings through Green Belt Rapid Workshop to Improve Metric of Project Process. Implementing Identified opportunities of Improvement in an entire team of ~50 members. Maintain Essential Details required for a workshop to analyze actual savings.
• Taking calculative risk for Improving SLA and successfully met Target SLA (Target - 80%, Achieved - 86%).
• Decreased TAT for Customer Tickets by 48% (Previous - 3.5 days, After - 1.8 days) by creating an engaging team in various parameters like improving team's stakeholder communication, Developing Customer Centricity Mindset and Encouraging team in their daily work.
• Initiating and Driving Culture of Focused work in 50+ Members which led to improvement of productive time from 31% to 42% with the help of statistic and project management tools like creating a Gnatt chart/Fishbone/Risk Matrix/Work-breakdown structure of team into small size teams and running the pilot/ Individual Tailoring of Solutions for their problems.

2021:

• Problem Solving - With the help of RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Automated task of repetitive action showing annual saving of ~1k hours. Shared Across various projects and implemented with great success and promising results.
• Lean Six sigma Certification (White Belt).
• Creation of Confluence Page for Key Project Updates. Award of Operational Excellence in FQ3-21 for clearing backlog of Top 47 Customer which helped in Improving the score of the customer eventually increasing the Customer Health Card.

2020:

• Project Coordination/Project Management/Quality Improvement - Identifying and processing Tasks in Bulk which resulted in savings of ~500 hrs.
• Customer Satisfaction/Time Management/Strategic Planning /Team Leading - Delivered Customer (Audi) deliverables (~5.4k Places) by planning/ co-ordinating/ implementing it with the team before the deadline for which we were appreciated by Director of the Customer Facing Department and across the organization as well.
• Problem Solving/Teamwork- With the support of Team member, Created a Macro which helped Identify 47 unique customer (BMW/Audi/Skoda/Mercedez etc) that we serve which helped in processing their inputs withing SLA. This not only Eliminated Manual work, but also opened up opportunities for other projects to work on similar pathway and execute project deliverables on time.
