Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development & Design

• Design and develop role-specific and industry-tailored learning curricula and training modules
• Create customized learning paths that address specific organizational needs and skill gaps
• Continuously evaluate and update training content based on industry trends and feedback

Training Delivery & Management

• Oversee training program implementation and delivery across multiple teams
• Manage training schedules, resources, and learning management systems
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and external vendors as needed

Assessment & Evaluation

• Develop innovative assessment methodologies using practical scenarios and real-world applications
• Implement comprehensive progress tracking systems to measure knowledge acquisition and skill development
• Analyze training effectiveness and ROI through data-driven metrics

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and mentor training team members and Tech Trainers
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organizational goals
• Provide strategic guidance on learning and development initiatives

Deliver comprehensive technical training programs to aspiring software developers, providing hands-on instruction in multiple technology stacks. Responsible for teaching foundational and advanced concepts in full-stack development, ensuring trainees develop job-ready skills for professional software development roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for Java Full Stack development, including Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and database integration.
• Deliver .NET Full Stack training covering C#, ASP.NET, MVC architecture, and web application development
• Teach Python programming fundamentals, frameworks, and application development
• Provide Cloud Fundamentals training, including deployment strategies, cloud services, and best practices.

• Conduct Full Stack Java training including Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring, Hibernate,J2EE
• Deliver web development training in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, AngularJS, JSP
• Teach programming fundamentals in Python, C, C++, C#, and Data Structures
• Provide MEAN Stack training (Node.js, Express, MongoDB, AngularJS)
• Train students in database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

• Deliver specialized training programs at universities including Veltech University, Kalasalingam University, Vignan University, KRCE Trichy, and others
• Conduct guest lectures and hands-on coding sessions
• Develop practical learning modules combining theory with real-world applications
• Create assessments and provide project-based learning experiences
