  • The total cost of the project is 300cr. comprising of Multi-storied high rise IT commercial Tower with a configuration of 3 basements, G+11 floors, Terrace & Above terrace works with a height of 50m from FGL.
  • Primary responsibility is following financial billing processes (Civil & MEP) and contract administration (Civil) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and profitability in property development projects. This role combines expertise in quantity surveying, invoicing, and legal contract management.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts with contractors, suppliers, vendors, and clients, ensuring terms align with project budgets, timelines, and legal standards.
  • Manage the full billing cycle, including preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, tracking payments, and resolving disputes to maintain cash flow.
  • Monitor contract compliance, critical dates (e.g., renewals, options), variations, and claims documentation while certifying extra items or changes.
  • Oversee project cost estimation, rate analysis, and financial reporting, such as reconciliation statements for materials and monthly progress bills.

  • Reviewing advanced GFC drawings & coordinate with the design/planning department about the construction requirements prior to actual release of GFC drawings.
  • Involving construction team during the scheduling process and ensure resource/logistics limitations are considered prior publishing of firmed up master schedule.
  • EHS & QAQC manuals are reviewed & corrections incorporated suiting the project specific requirements.
  • Actively participated in EHS, QC & Billing audit conducted by our HQ team & also complied their observations on monthly basis.
  • Conduct EHS & QAQC training programs for all the sub-contractors & specialized agencies to ensure discipline & SOP incorporation without any deviation.
  • Standard deviation log sheet prepared & maintained for various high-grade concrete consumed in site.
  • Bulk materials are randomly tested from various sources for ensuring the consistency of design mix results.
  • MEP civil enabling works are carried out at non-typical floors without any lapses in RCC slab cycle.

  • Ensure SSL of all the pours within 5mm tolerance at all the sixty levels.
  • Ensure stage certification is promptly done to initiate ceiling putty activity immediately after 28 days of casting the RCC slab.
  • Ensure enabling works for MS structural platform & MS connecting bridge at 100.00 m level during the actual RCC slab casting, so that HILTI works & Core Cutting are avoided.
  • Timely handover of elevator shafts for within one month of LMR completion for expediting the slow speed testing of Fire lift for OC clearance.
  • Timely handover of flats completing all the finishing activities meeting the requirement of client.
  • Ensure Fire Stops are executed at all MEP shafts for OC clearance.
  • Reconciliation of all the BOQ items pertaining to RCC works at Pre-final stage to ensure contract closure.
  • Conducting Weekly meeting with the contractor to highlight the critical points affecting the work progress, safety and quality.
  • Finalization of vendors for the external development activities.
  • Reviewing and finalizing the design for external development in co ordination with design and architecture team
  • Timely handover of basement by completing VDF of 38500 sqm with a capacity of 1325 car parking space.
  • Completion of all the other finishing activities in basement depending on priority and requirement basis of project
