Monitoring of entire mining operations in open cast coal mines which includes Planning and Deployment of HEMM and Manpower , Drilling and blasting operations, Development activities as well as ensuring all operations are held accordingly as per statutory guidelines
In-order to enhance safety in work place by conducting of 5S Audit, SAT Visits and Job cycle checks.
In-order to improve interdepartmental safety at workplace and quality of work, Regular monitoring of site safety visits, Near misses, FRCP, CSM audit and investigation of incidents.
Monitoring and utilization of FLEET MANGMENT SYSTEM (FMS) in order to enhance production as well as to track real time status of mining operations to maximize production to achieving goals and targets.
Preparation of SOP documents and training to Operators regarding safe mining operations.
Participation in IMS Audit, CSM Audit , SAT visits and Incident investigations.
Enhancing safety operations by conducting trainings and knowledge sharing sessions to operators and contractual employees.
Accomplished multiple tasks within established timeframes.
Maximized performance by monitoring daily activities and mentoring team members.
