Effectively work with the local HR teams to manage changes in maintenance to the HR website
Manage the day to day change requests to the HR website through the myHR portal request tool
Ensure effective delivery of change requests into the myHR portal by updating the website with the requested changes and communicates the completion of all changes in a timely manner
Operate proactive process with the identified content owners to establish whether content is up to date
Engage with key stakeholders in the central Group HR team to understand the next steps on development and implementation on the myHR site and how this will impact the maintenance of the site
Engaged in calls and interaction with key stakeholders on daily basis
Providing Access to the various HR Teams for websites built in order to access the data effectively
Preparing Dashboards, Reports and excellent communication and interaction with key stakeholders (Head & Leads of Vodafone HR Teams)
Experience of working with SharePoint 2007 & 2010
