Job Description

Draiving Projects in Biocon Limited:-

Data Analysis: IQVIA Analysis

Preparing Reports, Data Visualization, Performing quality analysis on data, Communicating analytic Insights to Management.

Support Marketing team by providing Brand wise field performance reports for helping them to design product selling strategies

Investments Data analysis through standard template designed with proper conceptualization of the requirement to facilitate Monthly/Quarterly reviews of all BUs

Highlighting key positives in Business/ Identifying Critical Issues with respect to MS, Growth and EI

Developing meaningful and actionable analytical reports and Dashboards that will help management to take decisions.

SFE : “SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness), CRM & Digital Transformation for India & Global Operations

Design of Reports in SAP / Online modules for Call Activity insights / Customer Coverage/Input Acknowledgement and utilization

Preparing KPI Dashboards for Leadership teams and Sales Managers analyzing field performance indicators and CLM execution status.

Preparing Franchise wise / Zone -wise monthly presentations for BUs review meetings.

Conceptualized and Developed CRM Reports & Commercial Dashboards for Business & Sales teams for helping identify performance v/s lead indicators

Implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) across all BU’s along-with handling manual field force related processes/procedures for proper monitoring of sales and daily activities for Sales Representatives level, analyzing visits frequency and integration of all systems for analytical data usage.

Managing maintenance of system masters and structural hierarchical field changes.

Field queries: - Rectified the Field Queries like DCR Issue, Allowance templet

Stockist Data Management: - Stockist Transfers, Secondary Sales Deletions, Stockist Mapping, Addition and Deletion

HCP Agreements: End to End process HCP Agreements as per the UCPM Guidelines

Marketing effectiveness Tracker: HCP Agreements, Samples, Conference and CMEs, Promotional Inputs

MIS (Sales dashboard & Incentive calculation):

Primary and secondary sales dashboard- Division/ Brand/ SKU wise at PAN India level

Quarterly Incentive calculation

Target Calculations across various business unit.

Sales MIS - Sharing sales data to various business unit based on frequency.

Dash Boards - Preparation of monthly sales dashboard BU wise, Brand wise, HQ wise, Zone wise Region wise, Month wise, Quarter wise, Year Wise.

Training Sessions – Field Force and HO Users

Coordination with Compliance and responsible for SOPs implementation

Conductiong trainings for FF and HO Employees on UCPMP Guideles, Sales and Marketig Guidelines, Inventory Policies etc

Conducted training sessions across India for 1500+ employees on New Daily activity reporting Module

Simple Guidelines document on new modules / platform to facilitate its adoption by field employees.

Conducting Training session for New Joiners’ on Reporting Module Standard tour & Monthly tour planning through WebEx.

Field queries & Expense Statement for field force

Loan & Advance – Tour Advance, Conference & Personal Loa (H.O & Field Force)

Preparing Offer letters, appointment letters, resignation, salary advice, full and final settlement etc

Ticketing – Conference (H.O & Field Force)
