- PROJECT 3: NEWAPP
- DESCRIPTION:
- NEW App is a mobile application-oriented testing in which the existing BSO web application should match with the New app mobile application. It involves implementing a user friendly, easily accessible mobile application.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- As the project involves mobile devices, I had made sure to secure proper device on time to make the execution seamless
- Execution was taken place on both Android and IOS devices in three languages like English, Spanish and Catalan
- Patience and Observation is much needed in finding defects as a single case involves around six times of execution
- All the required steps and screens were documented
- I have worked on different wave cycles of the project
- JIRA defects were logged whenever required and was kept track until it was successfully resolved

- PROJECT 2: BANCO SABADELL
- DESCRIPTION:
- Innovation and Automation enablement - Specialized partners with experience to transform the current Sibis model for these services, providing innovation capabilities that allow them to be made more efficient by applying new models that increase automation.
- Make improvements to services to achieve greater overall agility in the application development services. Improve current service levels and users' perception of their quality; because of greater control of the service by Sibis teams.
- Cost savings - Obtain the necessary service in the best possible economic conditions, both in the base prices and in the flexibility of the model; applying efficiencies in the service to reduce costs.
- UFT Mobile testing plays a major role in helping customer access the SABADELL bank application.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This project involves both Web application and Mobile testing, based on the requirement execution has been done and delivered on time.
- Got assigned to a project which is in progress for the past 1 and half year but grabbed knowledge about the project within short period of time.
- Being in a water fall model project, working closely with internal workers in SPAIN on banking project for a bank in Spain named SABADELL.
- Being a quality tester, I have worked on around all my assigned project testcases and logged truthful defects.

- PROJECT 1: PARTNER READY PORTAL
- DESCRIPTION:
- Siebel Retirement was one of the critical projects for HPE impacting the Partner ecosystem – which contributes to 60-65% of HPE sales (Indirect business). Year after year this project was coming to the HPE POR and was finally de-prioritized due to too much complexity / risk
- HPE had to incur the costs for the 3 regional Siebel instances (AMS, EMEA, APJ) with more than 1M$ yearly in licenses + a huge farm of servers (~ 50).
- There were 3 instances of Siebel with different business rules, which made it complex for HPE Business teams and they had different regional processes to operate with.
- >90% Delivery for the project was done from offshore.
- ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzed the requirements from clients and got complete knowledge on the User stories and written testcases.
- Uploaded the testcases and completed execution on time by logging quality defects to provide a defect free tool.
- Negotiated the defects to developer, designer and made them by agree on my points when they denied my defects.
- Kept track of performance of the tool with help of Neo load and Load runner.
- Worked along with different teams like MDCP, EMDM, EMDMH, HPE IT and Salesforce team incase of requirement.
- Worked closely with clients to understand their requirements and tried to give a chance for UAT to log any missed defects.
- Completed multiple releases and worked on Snow tickets from HPE by supporting the IT team developers and helped them throughout the completion of project
