• HR Analytics( E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur)-Python for Data Science, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib: Developed an HR Analytics project under the E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur internship program (certified). Analyzed employee datasets to uncover patterns in attrition, department-wise performance, and workforce distribution. Performed data cleaning, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Pandas and NumPy. Built visualizations using Matplotlib and Seaborn to present insights on salary trends, hiring patterns, and employee satisfaction. Derived actionable HR insights that could support data-driven decision-making in talent management.
• Bug Tracking System, E&ICT Academy, IIT Kanpur, Java (Core & Advanced), JDBC, MySQL, Java Swing, 07/01/24, 08/31/24, Designed and developed a Bug Tracking System as part of an IIT Kanpur certified internship in Advanced Java. Built a desktop application using Java Swing for the UI and JDBC to connect with a MySQL database backend. Implemented modules for bug reporting, status tracking (Open / In Progress / Resolved), and priority assignment. Applied OOP principles — inheritance, encapsulation, and polymorphism — to structure scalable application logic. Enabled role-based access for developers and managers to manage and resolve bugs efficiently.
• Sales Performance Dashboard, Power BI, Power BI, DAX, Excel, Built an interactive Power BI dashboard connected to an Excel dataset to track sales KPIs across regions and categories. Applied DAX measures to compute revenue growth, product-wise performance, and month-over-month trends. Created drill-through reports and dynamic slicers enabling stakeholders to filter data by time period and segment.
