1. TIERED NAVIGATION ON MOBILE
Enhancement: To introduce tiered navigation on mobile hamburger
Business Objective: To make a few enhancements to the existing hamburger navigation on mobile by optimizing it a bit. Through this experience, the customers would be allowed to navigate to specific collections without having to get to landing pages.
How did it perform? We saw an increase in conversion but a drop in AOS (Average Order Size).
Inference: By funneling her through specific collection pages, she was able to get to the product she was looking for. But this restricted her from exploring other collection pages which caused a drop in her AOS
2. SHOP THE LOOK
Enhancement: To inspire customers by showing them a complete look that they can shop from as bundles or as individual items.
Business Objective: To introduce a new type of bundles called "Shop The Look" that curates a look for the customer and allows her to purchase all/selected items from the look
How did it perform?
Inference:
3. KEYWORD SEARCH RESULTS ENHANCEMENTS
Enhancement: To make a bunch of updates to the way keyword search results display on the website
Business Objective: This would encourage our customers to use the Search bar much more effectively and to also match with the collection page experience
How did it perform? This was a dark deploy (Enhancements that are pushed live directly to elevate our customers' shopping experience without the need to test them)
Inference: She was able to perform the same actions on keyword search results page as she did on other collection pages. This did not tamper with the existing behavior so it was a successful dark deploy
