         An Human Resource project on Effectiveness of Competency Mapping of the employees at Dr Solar’s, A study on the effectiveness of competency mapping techniques to evaluate the competency level of the employees at Dr.Solar which mainly aims to identify and ensure the common strategies used in competency mapping. Competency mapping is used to identify the factors contributing to measuring competency in the organisation.
